Job summary

ResMed in Johor Bahru is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment for a growing manufacturing footprint across APAC, with a primary focus on Johor Bahru and regional support for Singapore and Australia.

You will partner with Manufacturing and Engineering leaders to attract exceptional talent, build pipelines, and champion diversity and inclusion while delivering a high-quality hiring process in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of regional talent markets in APAC is advantageous.
• Proactive, curious and adaptable mindset for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Support hiring across Johor Bahru, Singapore and Australia.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent in competitive labour markets.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and workforce planning conversations.
• Support graduate, early career and workforce development initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and a high-quality, efficient hiring process.
• Champion diversity, inclusion and employer branding initiatives that strengthen ResMed's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Talent Management and other Centres of Excellence to align hiring activity with business priorities
