Job summary

Vertiv in Johor, Malaysia seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition professional to coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. You will partner with the Malaysia plant and Asia teams to source candidates, assess fit, and manage candidate relationships.

The role emphasizes market insights, ATS/CRM management, and process improvements, with a strong focus on IT/electronics manufacturing recruitment. This is an onsite position based in Johor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Sourcing / Talent Acquisition experience in a professional services or similar recruitment environment (Agency, Headhunting or In-House).
• Strong sourcing background ideally in IT/electronics manufacturing company.
• Proficient with Microsoft packages; advanced Excel; SharePoint knowledge a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple systems such as ATS/CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Amenable to work full onsite (Johor, MY).

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with clients to understand leadership needs and organizational culture; provide market insights.
• Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies; use networking, referrals and social media to attract candidates.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews and assessments; prepare candidate profiles and present findings.
• Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with candidates; provide feedback and support during interviews and negotiations.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and compensation benchmarks; inform recruitment strategies.
• Negotiation and Closing: Facilitate negotiations on compensation and relocation; ensure smooth onboarding.
• Reporting and Metrics: Track and report recruitment KPIs; refine strategies based on data.
