Job summary

Seagate Technology in Malaysia seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, engineering, technical, and corporate functions in Malaysia and Singapore, partnering with leaders to translate workforce needs into effective talent plans.

You will manage high-volume production hiring and professional searches, deliver market insights and data-driven recommendations, and support workforce planning, onboarding, governance, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in manufacturing, technology, electronics, semiconductors, or multinational environments.
• Experience managing both high-volume manufacturing recruitment and professional/exempt hiring.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workforce dynamics in Malaysia and Singapore.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, engineering, technical, and corporate functions.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBP, and stakeholders to translate workforce needs into TA plans.
• Manage high-volume manufacturing recruitment for production operators, technicians, supervisors, and support roles.
• Provide market insights, analytics, and data-driven recommendations for workforce planning.
• Develop sourcing strategies and proactive talent pipelines; support governance and onboarding improvements.
