Seagate International Headquarters Pte. Ltd. is seeking a trusted Talent Advisor to partner with business leaders across Malaysia and Singapore, leading end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, technical, and corporate functions.

You will support workforce planning, drive sourcing strategies, and deliver data-driven hiring insights to enable growth and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in Talent Acquisition in manufacturing/tech/semi/multinational environments.
• Experience handling high-volume manufacturing and professional hiring.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia/Singapore labor markets and TA practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate workforce needs into TA plans.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across manufacturing, technical, engineering, and corporate roles.
• Lead high-volume manufacturing recruitment for operators and technicians.
• Provide hiring analytics and workforce planning insights.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines via direct sourcing and referrals.
