Job summary

Sudong Sdn Bhd, a Singtel subsidiary in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to own end-to-end recruitment and TA strategy across IT, Finance, and Corporate roles. You will collaborate with senior leaders to translate workforce plans into hiring solutions, build pipelines, and ensure compliant, data-driven recruitment delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years’ recruitment experience in large or complex organisations.
• Experience in hiring across IT, Technology, Finance, and Corporate roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Experience in technology recruitment (software, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, data, digital).
• Exposure to project-based or large-scale hiring in Finance, IT, Tech, or Telco industries.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies to fulfil business hiring needs, with a focus on quality and speed.
• Provide advisory support to hiring managers for junior, mid and senior level roles, including IT & Tech roles
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent requirements and address hiring challenges.
• Build talent pipelines through engagement across digital platforms and recruitment campaigns.
• Represent Singtel at career fairs, campus hiring events, and external outreach activities.
