WARISAN TC HOLDINGS BHD in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition / Recruitment to drive end-to-end hiring across the Group. You will partner with hiring managers and business units to understand manpower needs, screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews to deliver top talent.

This hands-on HR role requires strong interviewing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet time-to-fill targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage for overseas subsidiaries in China.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as JobStreet and LinkedIn; other sourcing channels.

Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (HR)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition / Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the Group, partnering closely with hiring managers and business units to attract, assess and secure the right talent for our organisation.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who is hands-on in recruitment, comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, and able to work closely with stakeholders at different levels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from manpower requisition, sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers and business units to understand manpower requirements, job specifications and hiring priorities.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, career fairs and other relevant channels.

Review and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, competencies and organisational requirements.

Conduct initial interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

Coordinate and facilitate interviews with relevant stakeholders and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Manage offer preparation, salary negotiation and pre-employment documentation.

Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within the agreed time-to-fill targets.

Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and provide regular recruitment reports and hiring status updates to management.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.

Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job portals, universities and other talent sources.

Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, including career fairs, recruitment campaigns and social media activities.

Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment requirements and applicable Malaysian labour regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing effectiveness and overall candidate experience.

Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably with exposure to both corporate and operational hiring.

Able to communicate and fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage as the role will be handling overseas subsidiaries in China.

Good knowledge of recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.

Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Able to manage multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Resourceful, proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with experience in Group / multi-business-unit recruitment will have an added advantage.

Knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and HR processes will be an advantage.
