Job summary

Inter Island Group Pte Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit engineers across semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, and engineering sectors in Kuala Lumpur.

You will own the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on building a robust engineering talent pipeline. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and the ability to identify technical requirements and passives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably recruiting engineers and technical professionals.
• Experience sourcing and successfully placing engineering candidates.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and engineering functions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineer and technical positions.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, networks, referrals, databases, universities, and associations.
• Proactively identify passive candidates with relevant engineering backgrounds.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
