Responsibilities

• Execute the full life cycle of recruitment including developing strategies, direct sourcing and interviewing.
• Develop and implement different sourcing strategies to meet company needs.
• Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Adhere to organizational policies and accurately record all resourcing activities on the HRIS.
• Work closely with leaders to meet recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-moving environment.
