Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to act as a strategic hiring advisor, managing the full recruitment cycle for local and regional clients. You will source, screen, interview, and present candidates while delivering compelling shortlists and market insights.

You will build strong relationships with HR leaders, manage expectations of senior stakeholders, and contribute to business development across Malaysia and APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or client-facing commercial environment.
• Strong command of English; Mandarin and Malay are an added advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent relationship-building and cross-cultural communication.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to presenting candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Deliver high-quality shortlists and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships for long-term engagement.
