Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in supply chain, planning, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily supply chain operations including purchasing, planning, warehouse, inventory control, and shipment coordination.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor supplier material shortage, delivery status, and production requirements to avoid delays.
• Review purchase orders, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules; follow up on overdue materials.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure proper receiving, storage, issuing, and cycle counts.
• Assist in inventory control activities including slow-moving stock, excess materials, FG stock, and WIP.
• Prepare supply chain reports such as shortage lists, inventory reports, and shipment plans.
• Support LMW documentation, customs compliance, and related records; ensure audit readiness.
