Job summary

Coway Engineering & Marketing Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Executive to support procurement, inventory and logistics. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials and services.

Key duties include planning material requirements, issuing Purchase Orders, monitoring deliveries and maintaining supplier performance. A diploma/degree in a related field and 2–3 years’ experience are preferred. ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Procurement or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of purchasing, logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, coordinate and arrange materials requirements to support operations.
• Procure materials, components, consumables and services based on production needs.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Sales and Engineering on production and order requirements.
• Issue Purchase Orders and monitor delivery, quality and service levels.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance for quality and reliability.
• Review customer forecasts and order requirements to support planning.
