Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, production planning or manufacturing operations.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of managerial experience, preferably managing cross-functional supply chain teams.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to production planning, warehouse management, inventory control and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Scheduling, MRP, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Logistics.
• Experience in demand planning, capacity planning, material planning and supply chain optimization.
• Strong understanding of ERP/ SQL/ SAP B1 systems and ability to use data and systems to support planning and operational decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
• Experience in process improvement, Lean / Kaizen / 5S and cost optimization initiatives will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to operational changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning covering demand, production, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Translate customer orders, sales forecasts and business requirements into effective supply chain and operational plans.
• Lead production planning and scheduling to ensure production capacity, resources and output meet customer requirements.
• Monitor production plans, capacity, material availability and schedule adherence, and proactively resolve bottlenecks and disruptions.
• Manage material planning and inventory levels, ensuring timely availability of raw materials, components and finished goods.
• Establish and optimize inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder levels, minimum/maximum stock levels and inventory targets.
• Oversee warehouse operations covering receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory control, staging and dispatch.
• Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, space utilization and stock traceability.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics and distribution, including transportation planning, delivery scheduling and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor and improve key logistics performance indicators, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), delivery accuracy and transportation cost.
• Lead, manage and develop the Supply Chain team, including Production Planning, Warehouse and Logistics personnel.
• Drive process improvement, cost optimization and operational efficiency through Lean, Kaizen, 5S and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective utilization and accuracy of ERP/ SAP B1/ SQL systems (where applicable), including planning parameters, master data and supply chain reporting.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs and performance dashboards, providing regular performance updates and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and implement appropriate supply chain risk and contingency plans.
