Job summary

Flex is seeking a DL Sourcing & Recruiting Assistant Manager to be based in Bukit Minyak, Penang. You will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, create job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and extend offers in line with policy.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR or related field with 8+ years of HR experience, including foreign worker hiring. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to empower the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
• Requires minimum 8 years in Human Resources or related experience.
• Prior experience in handling end-to-end foreign worker hiring will be an added advantage.
• Strategic & result-oriented thinking; Good leadership, especially good at communication and empower subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to apply for a vacant position.
