Job summary
Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Procurement professional to lead supplier sourcing and buying activities in Malaysia.

You will manage supplier onboarding, monitor deliveries, coordinate with logistics, and ensure data accuracy in SAP while driving cost improvements and supplier performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above; field of study is not restricted.
Responsibilities
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, audit, and onboarding.
- Negotiate contracts with key suppliers and establish long-term partnerships.
- Develop supplier performance evaluation systems (QCDS) and drive improvements.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through diversification/localization.
- Collaborate with costing for in-depth cost analysis and negotiation support.
- Lead cost-reduction negotiations and VA/VE initiatives.
- Create, release, and track POs based on MRP.
- Monitor supplier production and delivery schedules; resolve delivery issues.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and customs for timely delivery.
- Maintain SAP order status and data integrity.
