Job summary

Planworth Global Factoring Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a driven sales professional in Malaysia to build relationships with SME owners and directors, uncover financing needs, and convert opportunities into customers. Training in SME financing will be provided.

Join a team focused on growth across SME finance products, with opportunities to progress and earn performance-based rewards. Prior experience in banking is not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management, or account management.
• Drive to achieve targets and motivated by performance-based rewards.
• Confident communicating with business owners, directors, and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, networking, prospecting and your own initiatives.
• Meet SME owners, directors and decision-makers to understand their financing requirements.
• Build relationships with prospects and convert opportunities into customers.
• Introduce suitable financing options to meet customers’ financing needs.
• Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline.
• Collect base business and financial information from customers.
• Prepare financing proposals with guidance from our experienced team.
• Work with Credit, Operations and Management to bring cases forward for approval.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in our CRM.
• Continue developing and growing your portfolio of SME customers.
