AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a driven sales professional to expand its footprint in the semiconductor and high-tech sectors.

You will lead technical sales execution, work with engineering and product teams, and build long-term strategic relationships with industry stakeholders. You will own the full customer lifecycle from qualification to design-ins, pricing, and post-sale follow-up, traveling domestically as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Business, or related technical discipline.
• 2–3 years of successful B2B sales or account management experience within semiconductors, electronic components, industrial materials, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor supply chain, component lifecycles, and high-tech equipment manufacturing dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic plans to secure new accounts and expand partnerships through new product qualifications and design-ins.
• Serve as the primary trusted advisor for assigned key accounts, conducting regular site visits and managing stakeholder engagement at all leadership levels.
• Oversee the complete commercial cycle—including custom quotations, contract negotiations, strategic pricing, and payment collection.
• Partner with factory operations to manage order lifecycles from prototype sampling to mass production, resolving inventory, quality, or delivery challenges.
• Analyze market intelligence and customer demand to deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts and contribute to budgets.
• Mentor junior sales executives on operational best practices and collaborate across business units, factory teams, and audit committees to champion initiatives.
