Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager (Strategy & Planning) to develop pricing strategies for property developments and coordinate sales documentation.

The role covers market research, pricing, stakeholder relationships and presenting findings to management, with focus on market intelligence, end-financing partnerships, and legal coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Product Planning: Develop pricing strategies and sales packages. Assess market demand for different unit types and recommend suitable product positioning.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitors' pricing, promotional packages, agent commission schemes and sales performance.
• End-Financing & Valuation: Build and maintain relationships with panel bankers and valuers to support end-financing arrangements and project valuation matters.
• Legal Coordination: Liaise with solicitors to ensure SPAs, incentive letters and other sales documents accurately reflect approved sales packages and terms.
• Analysis & Presentation: Prepare market comparisons, pricing proposals and management presentations. Analyse findings and provide practical recommendations to support decision-making.
