Job summary

Sime Darby Property seeks a pricing and market analytics specialist in Selangor to support development planning and commercial decisions across the property lifecycle.

You will analyze market data, develop pricing and assess land opportunities while coordinating pre-launch activities for international projects. Prepare management papers and data-driven insights for timely decision-making, budgeting, and strategy execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Real estate Management/ Accounting.
• 4-5 years of relevant working experience in the Property Industry.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated development planning and commercial decision-making through market research, pricing analysis, sales planning and development analytics across the property development lifecycle.
• Analyse market and project data, developing pricing, supporting new land assessments and development planning, and coordinating pre-launch activities & sustenance for international projects.
• Prepare management papers and presentations with timely, data-driven insights to facilitate effective business and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Prepare ad hoc proposal papers, presentations, RFAs for management approval and ensure proper administration, including RFP/RFA/LOA paperwork.
