The role focuses on lead generation, budget-conscious A&P management, market research, and delivering actionable insights to sharpen project positioning and promotional activity for both residential and commercial properties.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in property development marketing or on the agency side managing property accounts.
• Proven hands-on track record in executing digital campaigns, event planning, and A&P coordination for residential or commercial projects.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate closely with internal sales teams and external real estate agents on sales activities, roadshows, pre/post-launch events, and promotional packaging.
• Monitor and track Advertising & Promotion (A&P) expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency and effective campaign delivery strictly within approved budgets.
• Drive targeted lead generation initiatives and end-to-end campaign execution to consistently support sales performance and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research, survey trends, and benchmark competitor strategies to provide actionable insights for project positioning and launch campaigns.
