Job summary

HID is seeking a Sales Manager in Selangor, Malaysia to lead and grow the regional sales strategy within the PACS space. You will manage budgets, deliver trainings and demos, and coordinate with product marketing to tailor solutions for tender responses.

The role requires a strong track record in security technology, exceptional communication, and a proactive, cross-functional mindset to drive revenue and market expansion in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and business strategy development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop Sales Strategy to Grow and Achieve Sales Targets.
• Manage Monthly Sales Budget and meet planned yearly targets.
• Conduct Sales Training, Presentations and Demos.
• Provide Detailed reports to Commercial Director.
• Liaise with Product Marketing to develop custom products to meet customer needs.
