Job summary

HID Asia Pacific Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales and marketing activities in the defined territory. You will develop strategic partnerships, demonstrate HID products, quote projects, manage customer relations, and drive growth across the region.

The role requires a college degree and 7+ years in sales/strategy with 3+ years in the security industry, plus strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration, Economics, or relevant area.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and business strategy development or related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in security technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop Sales Strategy to Grow and Achieve Sales Targets.
• Manage Monthly Sales Budget and meet yearly targets.
• Conduct Sales Training, Presentations and Demos.
• Provide Detailed reports to Commercial Director.
• Liaise with Product Marketing to develop custom products for tenders.
