Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Business Development and Strategic Program Manager in Malaysia to lead new business opportunities, analyze markets, and expand relationships with customers. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and strategic initiatives in the Building Management System, HVAC, Fire, and Security portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• 10-15 years of direct experience overseeing sales/business development and leading strategic initiatives/programs.
• Strong skills in presentations, reporting, and effective writing; risk management/decision making; strong critical thinking.
• High attention to detail and ability to establish and follow closed loop processes; hold others accountable to the closed loop process.
• Strong, tactful leadership skills are a must for this role.
• Ability to partner with cross functional teams in a matrix organization to achieve results.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Analyze sectors, markets, and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain relationships with customers.
