Job summary

Kencana Megajaya Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive specification engagement with developers, contractors, architects, and engineers.

You will identify opportunities and lead early-stage engagement to shape project requirements. Build strong relationships with project directors, architects, and sustainability teams, while coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate specification and costings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• Strong drive to achieve targets and develop new opportunities.
• Fresh graduates with strong attitude are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with developers, contractors, architects, and engineering consultants.
• Drive early-stage engagement (design & specification) to position solutions into project requirements.
• Build relationships with project directors, architects, C&S engineers, and sustainability teams.
• Promote sustainable construction solutions aligned with ESG initiatives and net zero goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle and coordinate with technical and operations teams.
