Job summary

JEC Technology Pte. Ltd. in Penang seeks a technically skilled sales professional to drive revenue across existing and new accounts for electronics assembly products and related services.

You will collaborate with customers, principals and vendors to grow market share while aligning with global standards. A degree in engineering and a minimum of two years’ technical sales experience are required; the role offers hybrid work and a 5-day week.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics).
• Minimum 2 years technical sales experience, preferably capital equipment sales to Electronics and Semiconductor industries.
• Possess good presentation, negotiation, planning and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to achieve targets across assigned and new accounts, solutions, products and services.
• Manage and collaborate with stakeholders in assigned countries to grow sales, market share and margins.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to shape sales strategy.
• Work with customers, principals, vendors to enhance customer experience and sales effort.
• Conduct evaluations for system, parts and materials with customers.
• Ensure consistent implementation of company strategies and processes at local level in line with global standards.
• Contribute to building market awareness and leadership through customer-centric engagement.
