Job summary

Season Group in Malaysia is seeking an Account Management professional to drive sales operations for electronics manufacturing services. You will manage customer accounts, coordinate with design, tooling, samples, and production while delivering on revenue targets.

You will develop new market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, handle feedback, and ensure on-time delivery and quality visits. A Diploma/Bachelor's in Marketing/Engineering and 1+ year in electronics/manufacturing are

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in electronics/manufacturing/commercial Account Management.
Ability to understand customer needs and communicate with internal/external parties.
Able to understand and explain technical properties of product/process to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

Assist on sales operation and in charge sales & marketing for company and customer's payment collection.
Manage and foster good working relationship with customers.
Develop new prospects and contacts in the market.
Handle customer feedback and complaints decisively.
Coordinate all design requirements, tooling, sample submission, production and delivery.
Understand customer product and technology to develop new applications.
Penetrate local & overseas markets; monitor communications between customers and company.
Meet sales revenue targets and support marketing strategies.
