Job summary

Fiamma Holdings Berhad is seeking a proactive Key Account Executive to drive consumer electronics sales across major electrical/electronics chains in Malaysia. You will manage MM and chain-store channels, build relationships with customers, and coordinate redemption programs, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, 1–3 years in sales, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Experience in electrical appliances or consumer electronics is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales for the Mass Merchandise (MM) and Chain Stores channel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate and execute redemption programs and project sales activities.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, product availability and delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and business reviews using Excel and PowerPoint.
