Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through supplier and brand partnerships.
• Develop and execute commercially driven campaigns, activations, and growth initiatives.
• Lead negotiations and annual planning with key partners to maximize value.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, in-store visibility, and sales.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, operations, and commercial teams to launch initiatives.
• Track performance, evaluate ROI, and optimize programs for impact.
