Job summary

MR.DIY Group (M) Berhad in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Lead for the COA Allocation Operations & Implementation team. You will drive store allocation optimization, oversee data-driven decision making, and manage end-to-end project implementations from requirements through UAT to post-go-live support.

You will coordinate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Retail Ops and Tech teams to ensure accurate data, robust governance, and continuous improvement across allocation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in retail allocation and analytics.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; ERP exposure plus SQL/Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead COA allocation operations and optimization initiatives.
• Analyze performance, identify root causes, and translate insights into actions.
• Manage projects from requirements to UAT and go-live.
• Improve processes through standardization, automation, and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations.
