MR D.I.Y. in Malaysia seeks an experienced leader to head the COA Allocation Operations & Implementation team, ensuring effective store allocation, project implementation, strong governance and continuous improvement.

You will manage cross-functional stakeholders, optimize inventory, run UAT, oversee data accuracy and process standardization, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, IT or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in retail allocation, merchandise/category planning, inventory planning, replenishment, retail analytics, supply chain or related areas, with team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, store allocation, inventory management and replenishment.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools; exposure to SQL, BigQuery, Python, forecasting, machine learning or optimization tools is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead store allocation, inventory optimization, simulation and operational activities to improve stock availability and store performance.
• Analyze business performance, identify root causes and opportunities, and translate data insights into practical business recommendations. Evaluate business impact, risks and feasibility before implementation.
• Lead COA initiatives from business requirements, planning and testing through UAT, implementation and post-go-live monitoring.
• Improve allocation and operational processes through standardization, automation and effective controls. Ensure data accuracy, process stability and clear ownership.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Retail Operations, Business Development and technical/data teams to align requirements, resolve issues and drive business decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop the COA team; set priorities, delegate responsibilities, review outputs and build problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
