MR D.I.Y Trading Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Allocation & Business Optimization Lead to steer the COA Allocation Operations & Implementation team, ensuring optimal store allocation, project success, and strong governance. The role blends data analytics with practical execution across allocation, replenishment and cross-functional collaboration to drive stock availability and store performance.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in retail allocation or related fields and a proven leadership

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, supply chain, data analytics, IT or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in retail allocation, merchandise/category planning, inventory planning, replenishment, retail analytics, supply chain or related areas, with team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, store allocation, inventory management and replenishment, which are central to your existing requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Excel and BI tools, with experience using ERP or retail management systems; exposure to SQL, BigQuery, Python, forecasting, machine learning or optimization tools is an advantage.

Mansioni

Lead store allocation, inventory optimization, simulation and operational activities to improve stock availability and store performance.
Analyze business performance, identify root causes and opportunities, and translate data insights into practical business recommendations.
Lead COA initiatives from business requirements, planning and testing through UAT, implementation and post-go-live monitoring.
Improve allocation and operational processes through standardization, automation and effective controls.
Work closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Retail Operations, Business Development and technical/data teams to align requirements, resolve issues and drive business decisions.
