MR DIY TRADING SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on leader to manage Allocation Operations & Optimization, driving stock availability and store performance across Malaysia. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warehouse and IT to implement data-driven improvements.

The role requires strong analytics, project management and stakeholder skills, with proficiency in Excel/BI tools and exposure to ERP or retail systems. Leadership experience is essential for this cross-functional team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, retail or related field.
• 5–7 years in retail allocation, merchandise planning or related areas with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, allocation and replenishment.
• Analytical, problem-solving, project and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and BI tools; exposure to SQL/BigQuery/Python is advantageous.

• Lead Allocation Operations & Optimization to improve stock availability and store performance.
• Analyze business performance, identify root causes and opportunities, and translate data insights into practical recommendations.
• Lead COA initiatives from requirements, planning and testing through UAT, implementation and post-go-live monitoring.
• Improve allocation and operational processes through standardization, automation and controls.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Retail Operations and IT to align requirements and drive decisions.
• Coach and develop the COA team; set priorities and review outputs.
