Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering.
• Proven track record in Global Account Management, Program Management, or Key Account Leadership.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills with cross-functional influence.
• Adaptable, commercially sharp, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Account Growth Strategy: Collaborate with executive leadership on multi-site account strategies and support commercial discussions.
• RFQ & Proposal Coordination: Manage customer RFQ processes, including cost analysis, pricing inputs, and proposal preparation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, operations, finance, and logistics teams to support program execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain key customer relationships, support customer satisfaction, and identify potential risks.
