Job summary

PARKLAND AVENUE SDN. BHD. is seeking a diligent Quantity Surveyor to support pre-contract activities across diverse projects in Malaysia.

You will source contractors, prepare tender documents, evaluate bids and administer contracts to ensure timely awards. Post-contract work includes monthly progress claims, variation orders and final accounts. You will assist in costing and budgeting, coordinate with internal teams, consultants, suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in QS or equivalent (Construction / Developer).
• 1-2 years experience preferred; procurement background encouraged.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Possesses good analytical and measurements skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-contract activities including sourcing contractors/suppliers, preparing tender documents, tender evaluation reports, and contract award administration within timeline
• Manage post-contract matters such as monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final account closing for completed projects
• Assist in project costing, budgeting, and cost control monitoring
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
