Private Advertiser is seeking a procurement and admin professional in Malaysia to manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and price negotiations. You will process POs, enter orders into ERP, and coordinate with freight and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.

The role includes inventory control, quality checks on incoming materials, and maintaining meticulous records. E-Invoice & SST knowledge is an important part of this position, along with general office management duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and vendor management.
• Familiarity with SST and e-invoicing is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong record-keeping and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Source and evaluate suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Process POs and enter order details into ERP systems.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouses to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and quality of incoming materials.
• Maintain records and generate spend/cost-analysis reports.
• Support E-Invoice & SST knowledge requirements.
• Handle office management, document management and equipment upkeep.
