YORU TECH SDN.BHD. is seeking a proactive Purchasing Executive to manage daily purchasing activities for our manufacturing operations. You will source reliable suppliers, negotiate competitive prices, and ensure timely procurement to support production.

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are essential, with the ability to coordinate across departments and maintain audit-ready records. This role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in SCM/related, 2–3 years’ experience in

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier negotiation, PO management and quotation evaluation.
• Good negotiation, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; ERP experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities from sourcing to PO issuance.
• Source, evaluate and develop suppliers for price, quality and timely delivery.
• Analyze quotations and prepare price comparison reports for approval.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and other conditions for savings.
• Monitor POs and coordinate with suppliers to meet schedules.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality and Finance.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist material planning to avoid shortages.
• Verify invoices, delivery orders and purchasing documents for accuracy.
• Handle supplier issues including delays, incorrect items, quality concerns.
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier databases for audit.
• Track supplier performance and identify procurement improvements.
