Ricoh (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. invites an experienced sales professional to drive public sector account growth in Malaysia.

You will develop relationships with government agencies, identify opportunities, and manage end-to-end deals from prospecting to closure, including tender submissions. You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor office and IT solutions, navigate procurement processes, and deliver on targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Experience handling government agencies or public sector accounts is an advantage.
• Exposure to office automation, IT solutions, software, digital transformation, or managed services is preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, tender participation, RFQs, and RFPs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage business relationships with Public Sector customers to identify new business opportunities.
• Drive new business acquisition, account penetration, and upselling to achieve targets.
• Understand customers' operations and requirements to propose office/IT/digital services that boost productivity.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and develop strategic account plans.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and negotiations.
• Coordinate tenders, RFQs, and RFPs and follow up on submissions.
