Ricoh (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting functions, driving financial planning, governance, and strategic insights. You will work closely with senior management to optimize performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical accounting knowledge, and the ability to deliver value through robust financial analysis and stakeholder collaboration. A proactive, autonomous approach is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification and membership with MIA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Finance & Accounting team and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash flow management.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements and statutory reports.
• Review financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and Ricoh Group policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, funding requirements, and banking relationships.
• Evaluate and enhance cash management processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Support business planning activities and provide financial insights to assist management in decision‑making.
• Work closely with the Head of Division and management team on strategic initiatives and business performance improvement.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company's finance and accounting functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, treasury management, compliance, and supporting business decisions through strategic financial insights.

This position requires a hands‑on leader with strong technical accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with senior management to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting team in day-to-day operations.

Oversee all financial functions including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash flow management.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements and statutory reports.

Review financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and Ricoh Group policies.

Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.

Monitor and manage cash flow, funding requirements, and banking relationships.

Evaluate and enhance cash management processes to improve operational efficiency.

Support business planning activities and provide financial insights to assist management in decision‑making.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA) and membership with MIA (Malaysian Institute of Accountants).

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial management roles.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.

Experience in budgeting, treasury management, and financial analysis.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing a team.

Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
