Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience supporting contract and project administration, operations, or finance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and standard administrative processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and contracts for consistency with terms.
• Process orders and service requests accurately in ERP systems.
• Coordinate contract execution with stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Assist month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare operational and management reports with revenue and backlog data.
• Support logistics, invoicing, and regulatory reporting as applicable.
• Maintain project master data and documentation for audits.
