Job summary

ERL Maintenance Support Sdn Bhd (E-MAS) is seeking a Finance & Contract Management professional to support daily accounting activities, manage AR, and monitor budgets. The role involves contract administration, project costing, and preparing cost analyses to drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, contract management or project costing, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Accounting, Finance, Contract Management or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance, Contract Management, Project Costing or related fields.
• Experience with budgeting, project costing, contract management and commercial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily finance and accounting activities ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage accounts receivable and monitor collections.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures against approved budgets.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain contract records and monitor renewals and compliance.
