Qualifications

• Able to write and speak English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare detailed project documentation including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, subcontractors, clients, suppliers and project teams.
• Follow up on-site inspections and progress.
• Collaborate with procurement and construction teams to align planning and execution.
• Monitor project quality to ensure adherence to specifications and plans.
