Job summary

Tuah Bersatu Jaya Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking a Project Planner to join our construction team on a full-time basis. You will develop and maintain project schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with site teams to ensure on-time project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in construction management or related field, at least 3 years of planning experience, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6. English fluency is required; Malay knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years in project planning/scheduling in construction.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent planning tools.
• Fluent English; Malay knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimise project schedules.
• Analyze schedules and prepare progress reports.
• Identify risks and mitigation for timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams.
• Manage resource planning and allocation.
• Prepare baseline schedules and maintain docs.
• Communicate scheduling info to teams and clients.
• Monitor milestones and critical path.
• Support tender scheduling assessments.
