Job summary

SJEE Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. You will coordinate with engineers, PMs, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure on-time execution and accurate progress reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years in planning or scheduling, with strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel, and the ability to manage deadlines under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years in project planning or construction scheduling.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Prepare master work programmes, baselines, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project milestones, critical paths, and overall work progress.
• Identify potential delays and propose recovery plans to minimise schedule disruptions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and manpower planning schedules.
• Track material delivery schedules, procurement activities, and site work progress.
• Attend project coordination meetings and provide updates on project timelines.
• Assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) documentation and delay analysis when required.
• Ensure project activities are completed according to contractual timelines.
