Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced project management professional to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across functions, including innovation, productivity improvement, operational optimisation, and organisational transformation.

You will manage end-to-end projects, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, establish clear objectives and timelines, and drive risk management and continuous improvement to ensure timely, business-aligned delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business transformation.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional, complex projects with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with FMCG/manufacturing domains is a plus; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end projects from planning to completion.
• Manage a portfolio including new product development, productivity improvement, process optimisation, and transformation.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and other business functions.
• Set objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Identify risks and dependencies and align with priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Support prioritisation, resource planning and strategic initiatives.
