Job summary

The organization is seeking a Project Management & Business Expansion Executive to drive successful project delivery and support growth initiatives in Malaysia. The role involves planning from initiation through completion, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and preparing comprehensive project documentation for management.

You will also contribute to market research, new partnerships and setting up new locations or business lines, while handling HR-related/admin tasks

Qualifications

• This role requires a diploma or degree in business-related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in project management, business development, administration or HR.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor projects from start to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Support business expansion initiatives, including market research, new partnerships and setting up new locations or business lines.
• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations and project documentation for management.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, contractors and partners to keep projects on track.
• Assist with administrative and HR-related matters connected to new projects (e.g., manpower planning, onboarding, SOPs).
• Identify process improvements and growth opportunities for the business.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and new responsibilities as the business grows.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Administration, Human Resources or a related field
