RHB Group is seeking a professional to lead and coordinate strategic projects across the organization from concept to closure in Kuala Lumpur. The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery against budgets and timelines.

The candidate will maintain governance structures, ensure regulatory compliance, report performance to senior management, and act as a central liaison between internal teams and external partners to drive action and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic projects from conceptualization, planning, implementation to closure.
• Establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, budget, scope and expected outcomes.
• Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
• Establish appropriate project governance, including steering committees, project working groups and management updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards.
• Act as the central coordinator between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across different business functions.
• Facilitate project meetings and management discussions.
• Ensure clear communication of project objectives, progress, key decisions and required actions.
• Ensure strategic initiatives and projects are aligned with relevant regulatory, risk, compliance, legal and governance requirements.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal and other control functions throughout project development.
• Ensure appropriate documentation, approvals and governance are completed before implementation.
• Maintain proper project documentation and audit trails.
• Consolidate information from different business units for monthly management reports update.
