Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in project coordination, order fulfillment or supply chain.
• Experience with project management tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of ERP/order management and SOLIDWORKS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive project kickoff activities and interpret client requirements.
• Create and update Gantt charts and status reports.
• Monitor schedules and coordinate team tasks to avoid delays.
• Lead weekly/monthly project meetings and address issues.
• Submit status reports and flag delivery risks to management.
• Oversee quality control of project work to prevent delays.
• Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment from PO to dispatch.
• Liaise with procurement, warehouse and suppliers as needed.
• Ensure documentation complies with company policies.
