Job summary

Bossard (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a Program Manager to plan, coordinate and manage multiple related projects, acting as the primary contact with customers for overall order fulfilment.

You will supervise order fulfilment, purchasing and planning, drive supplier development and partnerships, optimize inventory turns, and ensure timely shipments while maintaining procedures and documentation. You will also oversee procurement, liaison with managers, and assess customer and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Operations or related field
• 5-8 years of project/program management experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage order fulfilment, purchasing and planning functions of the organization, including supplier development, partnership and management
• Optimize inventory turns
• Improve processing or transaction time constantly
• Ensure timely shipment and deliveries to customers through strategic and operational logistics support activities
• Supervise team to observe all procedures and documentation requirements to ensure minimum disruption to operations
• Oversee procurement operations in the company
• Liaise with Account/Development Managers or Customer Service Officers in purchasing activities to meet customer requirements
• Manage and assess customers' performance
• Manage and assess staff performance

Education
