Job summary

AT&S AUSTRIA TECHNOLOGIE & SYSTEMTECHNIK (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a Senior Project Controller at its Kulim site to govern, monitor and steer major capital projects.

The role combines hands-on data analysis with management-level insight to drive transparent reporting and informed decision making. You will build forecasts, manage EACs, track costs and schedule variances, and partner with project teams to ensure governance across scope, budget and risks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project controlling, CAPEX, or project finance.
• Hands-on SAP data extraction and reconciliation to business cases.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience with large-scale investment projects preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Support the project controlling framework and governance.
• Prepare forecasts, financial models, and performance analyses.
• Analyze variances and track corrective actions.
• Develop project reporting packages and KPI analyses.
• Provide management with risk and opportunity analyses.
• Assist Head of Project Controlling in steering performance.
