AT&S AUSTRIA TECHNOLOGIE & SYSTEMTECHNIK (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a senior finance professional to act as a strategic business partner, delivering insightful financial analysis, performance monitoring, and decision support to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

You will prepare BU monthly analyses, lead budgeting and 18-month planning, and support management with board-ready presentations. Strong FP&A and cross-functional collaboration are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA are an added advantage.
8–10 years of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering experience in manufacturing/multinational settings.

Responsibilities

Prepare BU monthly financial analysis reports to identify deviations by root-cause analysis.
Drive BU annual budget & 18-month RFC planning aligning targets with group strategy.
Compile board-level decks consolidating BU and plant performance data for reviews.
Analyze Opex and Capex at plant level to control project total cost vs. budget.
Provide unbiased financial analysis on KPIs to uncover cost-saving opportunities.
