Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Controller to strengthen the execution finance team in Malaysia. You will ensure accurate, timely reporting of KPI data for the Execution Center/Hub, collaborate with F&A, and monitor project performance across revenue, margin, and cash metrics.

The role requires a Master's degree with 5+ years in Finance & Control or project environments, fluency in English and Mandarin, and proven ability to partner with project managers and tender teams to drive

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent with +5 years in Finance & Control or project environment.
Fluent in English; Mandarin advanced level.
Experience as Finance Business Partner in project context.
Strong communication and analytical skills; leadership ability.
Experience in multicultural teams is a plus.
Digital skills (e.g. RPA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Corporate, Finance & Control to monitor project financials.
Assist PM during selling and execution phases focusing on revenue, margin, cash.
Support tender leaders with financial aspects and lessons learned.
Coordinate with Execution controller to ensure governance and REL KPIs.
Provide execution leader with margin slip and cash performance; participate in REL4/5.
Ensure data quality in Solution Database and develop KPIs.
Implement project controlling rules per Global requirements.
Coach and induct Project Controller team; act as referent.
